Adult Ministries
Women’s Group
We are passionate about serving women in our community and women who call Grace Community Church their home.Throughout the year we provide a variety of different opportunities for women to get involved and make relationships here at Grace. We go deeper into God’s word together through Bible study, Women’s community groups and conferences. We also enjoy building relationships by crafting together, praying together, playing games and so much more. We truly believe our Women’s Ministry is enriched because you are here! We would love the opportunity to get to know you. Up-coming events are posted in the church lobby and on the calendar here on our website or email us at info@woodlandgrace.com.
Men’s Group
We provide opportunities for men to get connected, study God’s Word, and encourage each other in their walk with Christ. Our Men’s Groups host special events and Bible/Book studies throughout the year.
Therefore encourage one another and build each other up,” - 1 Thessalonians 5:11“
Community Groups
All are welcome to join a community group and we would love to help you find one that works best for you. Our community groups are small and meet in homes. This is a great setting to build relationships, grow deeper in God’s Word and live life together. We have community groups designed for different age groups and life situations. We also have groups that meet in each of the surrounding towns. For your convenience our community groups meet at different times and on different days throughout the week. If you would like more information on joining a community group please email us at info@woodlandgrace.com.
“And let us consider how we may spur one another on toward love and good deeds, not giving up meeting together… but encouraging one another.” Hebrews 10:24
Prayer Group
Communicating with God is the greatest open door that Jesus has made available through which we might reach Him. This invitation is to everyone both privately and corporately, through the church body. At Grace, the importance of this principle is demonstrated through our Prayer Group.
The Prayer Group will be happy to pray with and/or for you if you let your request(s) be known. The easiest way to do this is to complete a communication card and put it with the offering on Sunday. You may also contact the church office with special requests.
“Then Jesus told his disciples a parable to show them that they should always pray and not give up.” – Luke 18:1
DivorceCare
DivorceCare is a divorce recovery support group where you can find help and healing for the hurt of separation and divorce. DivorceCare is a friendly, caring group of people who will walk alongside you through one of life’s most difficult experiences. This group generally meets for 14-week sessions in fall and spring. There is a one-time $20 charge for the workbook and childcare is available.
