Creasap Bay Park
August 30, 2011
Students of Grace Community Church headed to Creasap Bay Park last Wednesday for a fun filled day in the sun. Individuals were found riding wake-boards, knee boards, tubes, kayaks, & canoes. At times some flew gracefully through the air; while, others bounced off the lake doing crazy flips, proceeding to cannon ball into the waters. However, as each student emerged a continual smile appeared from each participant and every onlooker applauded and cheered throughout the day.
One student said, “At first I was grumpy & irritated because my brother was old enough to come. As I sat... I got bored......so.....I jumped on a boat.... ..... and had a BLAST!” -WHS Student
“I was intimated as first, but as the sunset I didn’t want to come home. It was anamazing experience and new friendships were made!” -WMS Student
“I only got to spend half the day at Cresap; due to, football practice. However, it was undoubtably one of the best times I had all summer.” -WHS Student
